Project overview

Construction of modules for the socialist plastic-processing factory promoted by the Ministry of People's Power for Science, Technology and Intermediate Industries with its affiliate Corpivensa, divided into two locations (Ocumare and Yare). As part of the first phase, five modules with thirteen injection machines each are planned, for a total of 65 injection machines, plus a molds-and-dies module for maintenance and mold manufacturing. Additional contracted works include preliminary works, installation, voice and data, culverts, foundation, grounding system, internal roads, earthworks, concrete works, formwork, steelworks, asphalt, signage, a multipurpose sports court, sports equipment, enclosures, electrical installations, landscaping, external furniture and complementary works.

The Challenge

Build five industrial modules simultaneously with their civil and complementary installation works, coordinating civil, electromechanical and services works to enable an operational plastic-processing plant.

Vialpa Scope

Construction of five injection modules (M6, M7, M8, M9 and M10) with 13 machines each, molds-and-dies module, and complementary works: preliminary, installation, voice and data, culverts, foundation, grounding, internal roads, earthworks, concrete, formwork, steel, asphalt, signage, sports court, equipment, enclosures, electrical, landscaping and furniture.

Engineering / Construction Approach

Phased execution coordinating the supporting civil works with the installation of the injection lines and service systems, ensuring the progressive commissioning of each industrial module.
