From 'Vialidad Palazzese' to a Benchmark in Critical Infrastructure.
Constructora Vialpa, S.A. was incorporated in 1974, deriving its corporate name from its foundational core and founder: 'Vialidad Palazzese' (Palazzese Highway Engineering), led by Industrial Engineer Giovanni Palazzese del Giovine.
This proven heritage began in 1957, when Eng. Palazzese alongside his wife, Mrs. Filomena Freddi de Palazzese, actively participated in leading Venezuelan heavy contracting enterprises—including Decoalsa S.A., La Explanadora, and Showell Corporation—delivering extensive earthworks, highway pavements, and drainage systems across the country.
Today, the company preserves strong operational and institutional stability under the governance of Gianni Mauricio Palazzese and Graziella Palazzese, providing turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) execution for Venezuela's next infrastructure era.
