Vialpa's civil infrastructure covers the works that connect territories, secure water resources and enable multimodal mobility. From the East Highway in the Río Grande canyon to the Agua Viva Reservoir, every project combines detailed engineering, owned-fleet execution and on-site quality control under the EPC model.
The organization maintains owned asphalt plants, heavy machinery and laboratories, enabling control of the full execution chain without third-party dependency.

Vialpa builds and rehabilitates expressways, highways and interchanges across the country, with integrated earthworks, drainage, stabilized bases and hot-mix asphalt paving capacity. Owned Tigrex continuous mobile asphalt plants and the paving spread allow quality and schedule control without third-party dependency.
