History · Origins

From 'Vialidad Palazzese' to a benchmark in critical infrastructure.

Nearly seven decades of heavy engineering in Venezuela, since 1957, formalized in the incorporation of Constructora Vialpa, S.A. in 1974.
Corporate Genesis

A track record that begins in 1957.

The origin of Constructora Vialpa, S.A. dates back to 1957, when Industrial Engineer Giovanni Palazzese del Giovine, alongside his wife, Mrs. Filomena Freddi de Palazzese, began their careers in Venezuela's construction sector by participating in pioneering earthworks and highway enterprises such as Decoalsa S.A., La Explanadora, and Showell Corporation.

In 1974, under the name 'Vialidad Palazzese', the corporation was formally established as a 100% Venezuelan-owned company, structured to meet the national demand for major civil works, expressways, environmental sanitation, and communication infrastructure.

Today, under the direction of Gianni Mauricio Palazzese and Graziella Palazzese, Vialpa preserves its institutional and operational strength, integrating full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) capabilities for Venezuela's next development cycle.

Guiding Principle

Vialpa's history is not presented as nostalgia. It is presented as evidence.

Built in Venezuela. Proven through five decades. Ready for what comes next. Every project, every work front, and every documented capability underpin Vialpa's institutional authority to take part in the country's next infrastructure cycle.

Our authority comes from real experience, not from marketing excess. Accordingly, project information is based on historical documentation, and consortium figures describe the overall project, not Vialpa's exclusive scope.
