Project overview
Construction of a dual carriageway (“Par Vial”) parallel to the existing Morón – Coro highway: a four-lane road in its first section, covering 11.5 km, plus the construction of three bridges. The project serves as an excellent alternative for achieving smooth traffic flow in the region.
The Challenge
Build a four-lane dual carriageway parallel to an existing road, integrating three bridges and associated structures, without compromising regional traffic operations along the Morón – Coro highway.

Construction of 11.5 km of four-lane dual carriageway, three bridges and drainage and structural works associated with the Morón – Boca de Aroa Par Vial.
Engineering / Construction Approach
Deployment of road machinery for earthworks, paving and bridge construction, coordinated with the operation of the existing highway to maintain regional traffic flow.
Operational Constraints
Parallel intervention alongside an operational highway, with coordination of road interference and preservation of regional traffic.
